Born from both sides of the journey.
Pro Mindset Rep was born at the intersection of two journeys. One began more than thirty years ago at the negotiating table inside professional football. The other began in the bleachers.
As an NFL agent and sports attorney, Craig Domann has represented more than 300 NFL players, negotiated over $1 billion in NFL contracts, and guided more than 100 NFL draft picks. Yet his greatest education did not come from negotiating contracts. It came from being a father.
Craig has lived this journey alongside his own sons, JoJo and Brock, as both a parent and mentor. Together they navigated recruiting, position battles, injuries, coaching changes, transfer decisions, NIL opportunities, and ultimately the pursuit of professional football. He experienced firsthand what every football family experiences—the excitement, uncertainty, pressure, sacrifice, and dreams that accompany the pursuit of greatness.
JoJo and Brock have walked the path that thousands of young athletes aspire to travel. They lived out their childhood dreams while overcoming adversity at every stage of the journey. They experienced the exhilaration of competing in front of packed stadiums, the pressure of the locker room, intense position battles, media scrutiny, injuries, setbacks, and the internal battles of doubt, fear, and insecurity that every elite competitor faces.
Those experiences became the foundation of Pro Mindset Rep.

For more than 30 years, Craig Domann has helped elite athletes navigate the business of sports with integrity, wisdom, and purpose. As an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor and sports attorney, he has negotiated more than $1 billion in NFL player contracts while representing hundreds of professional football players throughout his career.
Craig's perspective extends far beyond the negotiating table. As the father of two sons who both achieved their dream of playing professional football, he has experienced the recruiting process, college football, NIL, injuries, adversity, and professional football from the unique perspective of both an agent and a parent. That combination gives him uncommon insight into the journey athletes and families face.
A former high school quarterback coach, University of Kansas football player, University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law graduate, author of Pro Mindset Rep, and nationally recognized speaker, Craig is passionate about helping athletes develop the mindset, standards, and character to become the best version of themselves when it matters most.

JoJo Domann understands what it takes to compete at the highest level because he has lived it. A three-year NFL veteran with the Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans, JoJo earned invitations to both the Senior Bowl and NFL Combine after an All-American career at the University of Nebraska, where he became one of the Huskers' most respected leaders and leading tacklers.
Before Nebraska, JoJo was the Colorado Gatorade Player of the Year and led his high school to two state championships.
Today, JoJo is driven by a mission greater than football. He is passionate about mentoring the next generation of athletes to maximize their potential, pursue excellence with balance, and arrive at the highest levels of competition with the mindset, leadership, and character to sustain success long after the game ends.
BROCK DOMANN

Brock Domann has built his football journey through resilience, leadership, and continual growth. After playing quarterback at the University of Louisville, where he started more than 20 games and led the Cardinals to victory in the Wasabi Fenway Bowl, Brock continued his professional career in Europe with the Dresden Monarchs and in the European League of Football with Hungary Enthroners.
His path also includes an All-American season at Independence Community College—featured on Last Chance U—along with leading Ventura College to the California State Championship Game and getting pranked by Jared Goff in viral Red Bull video and winning three state championships during high school.
Today, Brock combines his playing experience with his passion for developing quarterbacks through his Conscious QB program. He helps athletes strengthen the mental side of quarterback play by developing confidence, decision-making, leadership, presence under pressure, football IQ, and the mindset required to perform at their highest level.
